How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days as we use specialized carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, SINI ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your SINI account to view real-time updates on your delivery status.
Are SINI products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all SINI furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Home decor and textiles are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
